CNM Student Membership The membership benefits below outlines what is gained from being a member of CNM. But to assist you in understanding the motivation and vision behind CNM ministries click here for our vision and aims: • Receiving a joint student/qualified edition of CNM NEWS - 3/4 times a year • Access to the CNM website • Resources (i.e. articles, publications) • Support from the Student Team and local CNM Fellowship Groups. • A student rep for your region and links with qualified Christian nurses and midwives for support and advice (where possible). • Information to help organise and plan a local CNM student group with support where possible from other CNM members. • Advice on organising an elective placement overseas, and training days in conjunction with HealthServe (via Christian Medical Fellowship, CMF) • Nurses “Saline Solution” events (CMF) • Discounted prices to the CNM Annual National Conference and Day-Conferences. CNM is what you make it, and if you feel you want to start something for students in your university we would love to know so we can help get people involved, plan and encourage in whatever capacity you want us too. It may be a small meeting of Christian nurses to get to know each other, or a bible study or a prayer meeting. CNM desires to promote and encourage these events, and you can make it happen. If you are a student member of CNM, you are on a separate contacts database for you to receive student specific information and support. Why not join CNM and get involved within a local fellowship? Membership costs only £5 for one year, £7.50 for two years, or only £10 for the full duration of your course (3 - 4 years). |
