Confident Christianity Training Day
Wednesday 25 June, 14:00-19:00, 6 Marshalsea Road, London SE1 1HL

Do not be afraid of anyone and do not worry... Be ready at all times to answer anyone who asks you to explain the hope you have in you, but do it with gentleness and respect.
1 Peter 3:14-16 (GNB)

Do you find this difficult to live out in practice? If a friend asked you for a brief explanation of the Christian faith what would you say?

This training day is for those who want to be more confident in sharing the good news about Jesus - with gentleness and respect.

CNM is a fellowship of Christians in the nursing and midwifery professions, students and qualified, in England and Wales.  We have a sister fellowship in Scotland (NCF Scotland), and we are linked into the global network of the Nurses Christian Fellowship International (NCFI).

CNM grew out of the nursing and midwifery students’ Christian fellowship (CSNM).  After the closure of the original Nurses Christian Fellowship in the early 1990s, there had been no specific interdenominational fellowship for Christians in the nursing and midwifery professions in England and Wales.  CNM grew out of a group of students in the early part of this century who had been encouraged and helped by the student fellowship run by UCCF, and who wanted to see this support continue through their professional lives.

Though we are still a small fellowship, we are growing.  We welcome all Christians in the nursing and midwifery professions, both graduate and student, who support our aims and beliefs.

If you want know more about CNM, including how to join, what we believe and who we are, please explore this website.  If you do not find your questions answered here, please email us at info@cnm.org.uk or phone/text 07941 800637
